The Demure — Under 1 Mile to the Square

Welcome to the Demure! This whole home is yours and is outfitted with everything you need for a care-free visit to Oxford and Ole Miss. The spaces include:

Two large bedrooms each with a king bed, large dresser, full-length mirror, bedside tables and lamps with charging cords, television logged into Hulu with LiveTV, ESPN +, and Disney +, ceiling fan, air purifier, and closet. When three beds are desired, the living room sofa transitions smoothly into a queen bed. Have a little one joining the fun? We’ve got a travel crib just for them so they can have peaceful sleep and you can have peace of mind.

The bathroom is equipped with newly refinished shower-tub combo, bright lighting and fan.

The living room has two wingback chairs, bench, and couch for seating, and a television logged into Hulu with LiveTV, ESPN +, and Disney +, so you can check in and turn on the game right away.

The dining room seats four, and the kitchen has all of the large and small appliances the trip will call for - fridge with in-door water and ice, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and K Cup brewer. Washer and dryer can be found in the utility room along with a high chair for your little one, plus plenty of room to store luggage, coolers, travel ball gear, and shopping bags from your trip to the Square.

Front porch coffee and back patio fire pit await you, with seating provided for each outdoor location.

Our desire is for our properties to be more than just a bed at the end of a full day. We’ve designed these condos to be comfortable respites for you and your friends and family while visiting our wonderful town. If there’s anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, we are just a message away!

All parts of the house and the yard are available for guest use.

Tin Roof Inn is situated in a residential neighborhood that sits just Southeast of the Square. Your neighbors will be other guests at our properties, families, and college students. You will be able to walk to the Square and campus of desired, and to drive a short distance to pharmacies, grocery stores, and local boutiques and antique stores.

This area is safe, walkable, and great for running and dog-walking.

You will be able to park in your unit’s driveway and the street is open for additional parking on a first-come basis.
