We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. “It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”

“For a quick weekend getaway without the children, I was disappointed. My husband and I wanted to spend time together, but he had a conference each day from 8-4 so I was on my own at your property. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work "low signal." A plastic component from one of the whirlpool jets came shooting out at me in the water. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been touched by a vacuum in some time. “This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. The staff is incredibly nice. It was so much fun walking around the grounds of the building and seeing the alpaca's and the……

“No where to hang my clothes, no iron, dirty surfaces. No hot water at all. Inquired about it and was advised to run the sink AND the shower at the same time for atleast 10min. Still no hot water. Was then moved to another room at 11pm. Still dirty surfaces and tub. Holes in the walls and in the bathtub. Not worth the money at all. The outlet didnt work on the wall and there is no outlet near the nightstands. Super dark in the rooms. Not nearly enough light at all. Only tiny sconce lights on……
