I am a picky person. The place looks clean to the naked eye, with recent modern updates to what the eye first sees: wallpaper, paint, and thin carpet. Providing to good sensory input. However, the bathtub drain did not drain water past a few minutes, becoming noticeably unpleasant to feel and think in contradiction to what one should achieve in a shower. My son had to shower too. I hate to be that customer who complains for an entry-level room. To some, it is all they can afford. To others, it is a luxury or a dream to stay in a hotel. To others is an entry-level option. Overall, the place is welcoming. The front staff is courteous. The pool and hot tub are clean. My first-floor room with a balcony opening to the poolside is great. I was out there swimming with my son, enjoying the easy access (shortcuts, my son would say). If you have bags, there are carts to move your belongings. However, ruckus from partygoers from wall sides of the walls is okay up to a certain time in the evening. And, if staff sees you needing help pushing the cart because you have three or four luggage bags and a few backpacks past their sliding entry doors and under their noses, other customers too, both at check in and check out, to me, it means my expectations were not met in the most that mattered: how I would feel as I entered and left after a few day stay, the place charging me my hard earned money, a reasonable price, gave them a chance, is what it offered providing my experience.

The fire alarm went off for 20 minutes at 9 a.m. My room had no A/C. I reported to the front desk the evening before that I'd been running it for an hour and a half and it went up 1 degrees to 81 degrees. It stayed that way my entire stay. Unacceptable and I won't be staying there again.

Upon arrival, 6.5 hours after check in, we were assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned, towels in the bathroom and leftover food in the room. Sink had a smell as if the drain was clogged. AC unit qas terribly loud throughout the night as it qas a wall AC and not central.
