The room itself was fair. The check in process was horrible. I paid to upgrade my room and have a high floor. Upon arrival (check in @3pm) they had me and my wife waiting for 2 hours to get our room. They said they would call when it was ready, they didn’t. I was sitting right next to the reception ...

As described. Room was small but functional. Communication was good. Despite being “unmanned” there was really prompt onsite help when an issue arose. Good location. 5 minutes walk from tube
