Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.

We stayed in Wembley to watch 21 Pilots concert in the Arena. Fabulous venue and only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I would happily stay here again for other future concerts!
