「The staff are friendly and helpful and this makes the Royal Lancaster outstanding」

「convenient location; room a bit small」

「Good service 員工nice」

「Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late」

「Rooms had multiple storage places and hooks for towels. Room was small. No place to set luggage but was able to store under bed. Appreciated the ice machine!」
