“Nice room albeit small. Asked for a room with a bathtub when I checked in. Told the room could not be changed due to me “booking with a third party”. Ended up with the room preselected for me. Also informed me that it would’ve been priced better if I had booked directly. Plus, I could’ve had a bathtub. Never had this experience- have been moved/upgraded on more than one occasion. ”

“ Now the staff was very kind and gave me a quiet room in time.”

“Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and they had a hot breakfast. It’s an older hotel but an effort has been made to keep it up, and you can tell. No trash outside , and even our “pet” friendly room was clean and didn’t smell like a pet had been there before. I asked for a muffin after breakfast ended for my wife and daughter and she went back and gave it to me. 11 out of 10!”

“Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. ”

“No soap no shampoo in the bathroom no light above the sink room smells bad bed. She’s not clean.”
