"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues"

"Perfect location, transport to anywhere in the city within 5 minutes. Rooms large, perfectly clean and great amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient and gave recommendations for restaurants close by. Hide Rooftop bar was a bonus for food and drink after a long day. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we came back to New York"

"This is an older property near ground zero, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island in the financial district. There is an elevator that takes you to the fifth floor registration. Of the three elevators there, only one works. Once checked in there are three elevators to take you to your floor. Only one of those works. With over 400 rooms that creates a lot of waiting. I paid more for a corner room, and it was nice and sunny, but rather small with a definite 70’s vibe. The bed was really comfortable. Our TV never worked despite being told it was fixed twice. The location was great for what we wanted to see, but there were other, more up-to-date hotels I would try next time."

"Amazing place to hangout, we used the spaces/amenities a ton. Rooftop is awesome, staff was so nice and overall common spaces are awesome. One thing that was annoying was that you couldn’t work past 6pm on your laptop in the common spaces. I understand why, just something to note if you are on a work trip. I had a loft king room and it was facing a busy street, view was nice but it got pretty loud at night (8th floor). Especially on the weekends. Get a room not facing the street if you can!"
