「Friendly and helpful staff」

「I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average 」

「沐浴居然無擋水，沐浴完畢整個浴室地台會全濕，非常不方便。而最糟糕的是我放在行李箱內的現金HKD2000會被偷去，酒店方面承諾跟進，但我回家差不多已一星期還未收到回覆。在酒店遇到小偷，而且我肯定是酒店員工做的。奉勸準備入住這酒店的朋友，務必小心。」

「Excellent location and near to the city centre, restaurants and shops, very convenient to everywhere. The hotel is absolutely new and the room decoration was very nice and stylish. Food was fantastic. Staffs were very friendly. Highly recommended.」

「We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel. Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.」

「Clean room and friendly staff. Our room was next to the kitchen where the staff prepared breakfast for residents. We were woken up by the noise from the kitchen every morning during our stay.」

「The staff are very kind and efficient, the top floor has a most beautiful view, it can see the Arcropolis directly, you can choose it for the breakfast and dinner. A little but noise because it’s in the center of the Athens, and nearby Arcropolis. You can take a Uber just about 10 minutes, there’s a subway just walk out of the hotel 2minutes. You can walk to Hondors Center to shopping for walking 8minutes. The only one point , the bathroom is small, shower room is narrow. 」

「Totally spacious, everything is brand new, and super clean. very confortable, especially the massage bathtub on the building roof. While we took the bath, we can see the night view of Athens. 5 mintues walk to the metro, pretty convenient to every sightseeing location.」

「Schön renoviertes Zimmer und Lage OK. Preis-Leistung war in der Nebensaison OK. Frühstücksbuffet ist besonders gut.」

「The Moxy was great for a one night stay to hang out with friends before they jumped on a cruise. We enjoyed the room and the staff - excellent service! The surrounding area did leave quite a bit to be desired unfortunately but Athens is a big city and this is downtown so makes sense it would be a bit loud and dirty. 」

「非常好的酒店，可提早check in。離開時，櫃台告訴我們前往小島的船有可能因天氣延誤，由於退房時間為11時，所以會保留房間給我們，結果我們因船班延誤要再折返！櫃台服務一流，十分友善，酒店地點亦優越，非常值得推薦！」
