Relaxing place, we even stayed an extra night because it was so calming. The place is older and so near the water, so it has its quirks. There is an old home smell that comes with being so close to the beach, but the place is very clean and well cared for. You really are one block to the beach, you have a quiet entrance that leads to such a relaxing place to enjoy the beach! They are dog friendly!!! with a towel and even a ball for the dog to take to the beach. It was so perfect, our little puppy couldn't have been happier. There were only 2 places to eat in town, both in walking distance but really they were not that great, you are close to Seabrook and while more expense, of the place has a BBQ out by the hot tub, you could ask to use. Others did while we were there. That being said the coffee shop in the morning is wonderful and a great start to a lazy beach and sun morning! Highly recommend this place if you want to get away, small town relaxation, great hot tubs and kicked back feeling.

Mary was very friendly and super nice. The room is decorated very cute. Having the kitchen was a major plus! Was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tubs were super nice! The courtyard area was nice!

Excellent stay! Mary is so kind and welcoming. I asked about a muffin pan so my daughter and I could prepare quick on-the-go breakfast and Mary went out and bought one before we arrived. We had the pleasure of chatting with her our first morning and immediately knew we had chosen the right spot. Anything you need, she'll take care of you. The decor is beach perfect, beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, and we had everything we needed. Just two blocks from the beach and an awesome little coffee shop and cafe around the corner! We did not take advantage of the two hot tubs but the courtyard area was very inviting and private. Quiet, close-knit little town was perfect for our stay. Will definitely return if in the area again and highly recommend!

Love the beach.

Joe Creek Condos are a block from the Pacific Ocean. Clean and comfy. Hot tubs work well. Mary is the new owner. Everything went as we expected, as we have stayed there many times over the years. We’ll be back. Thanks Mary.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time! The layout was great. The unit had everything we needed. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Hot tubs were a plus!! We had a great time and will be back for sure.
