Welcome to Sand By Me at Seabrook - a beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home perfectly located in Seabrook's South Farm District. Just steps from the Barn Hill Park, featuring the largest fire pit and surrounding seating area in all of Seabrook. Enjoy the views of the park and watch the horses play at the barn while sitting by the outdoor fireplace on the wraparound porch. A quick 10 minute walk through the trails in the forest, on the oyster shells, or 5 minute bike ride to the shops and restaurants or the beach, the South Farm location is perfect to enjoy all things Seabrook has to offer.

We have brought all the conveniences and comfort of home to our beach house and hope that your family and friends enjoy it as much as we do! There are three levels and enough space for everyone to spread out and have room to relax any time of year!

The main level features an oversized great room, including a gourmet kitchen and huge island for you to gather around. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, whether you want to just enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso or Keurig machine, or make homemade chowder with the razor clams that you dig up at the beach. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sunny and bright dining room that comfortably seats 10 and is surrounded by windows giving you views of Barn Hill Park and the horses from your seat. The living room has a 60" TV, and ample seating on the large sectional. The south end of the main level is the beautifully decorated primary Suite - a huge bedroom with a king sized bed and french doors leading to the wraparound deck and outdoor fireplace. The luxurious primary ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, walk in tile shower, standalone soaker bathtub, and a walk in closet. Enjoy your morning coffee outside your bedroom in front of the outdoor gas fireplace as you watch Seabrook come to life!

Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms including a junior primary suite with king bed and an ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a walk in shower. There is another large bedroom which also has a king bed and a sunny bay window overlooking Barn Hill Park. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is a bunk room that sleeps 4 and is perfectly located across the hall from a full bathroom. We have made our house an easy place for your family to feel at home with our kid friendly bunk room, a pack and play, high chair, stools, toys and kid plates and utensils. Every room upstairs has a view of either the park, the treetops, the sunsets or the barn.
Downstairs is where the fun is at! The large bonus room is lined with custom "Seattle" wallpaper and a shuffleboard table! There is a large TV and comfy couch with oversized chairs if you would rather stay in and have a movie or a game night. The lower level also has a bedroom with king bed, and an ensuite continental full bathroom with bathtub and dual sinks. The attached 2 car garage and large laundry room offer the conveniences of home while also giving a place to escape and clean up from the PNW weather. There are two mud rooms in the lower level, so whether you are coming in from the garage, or from a walk on the beach, you have a place to take off wet shoes and coats.

Our outdoor spaces are just as inviting! You can sit on our porch with a glass of wine in front of the fire, or relax in the private hot tub just outside the backdoor. This home has it all!
