Go for the view, stay for the house

We were so glad we found this place. The view from the place is amazing. The house is very well done, the beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked. Best part the checkout instructions were minimal and straightforward

Incredible view!!

I am pretty sure this was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Its a townhome, but doesnt seem like it at all. Its a really large 2 bedroom with an office. It gives the ability for everyone to be spread out. The view is out of this world. I spent days just staring out the window. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. One bathroom has a huge shower that could probably fit 6 people. The master bathroom has a huge tub that I took advantage of. The pictures of this place do not do it justice.

View to die for

View of Nestucca Estuary and view of Pacific Ocean from same deck was fantastic, Place was modern and very clean. Good location between Tillamook to the North and Newport to the South. Only problem was that there was no remote for garage door. I called the property manager and got no response..I called a second time and they said they would relay message to local manager. Never heard from them either.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our second stay in this beautiful home. I was worried that we would be looking at fog the whole time, but a lovely coastal storm rolled through giving us beautiful vistas.

Incredible views

Situated on the bluff above pacific city, the property has a panoramic view of the ocean and estuaries. Very quiet neighborhood of newer homes. Large room facing the view for living room, dining, and open kitchen. Comfortable for many days of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coastal towns and nearby outdoor activities. Super easy check in and check out. One piece of advice- bring sleeping eye covers if you are sensitive to morning sun- No blackout curtains in bedroom. Overall very good. Master bedroom is sleep comfort bed and great recliners in LV. Enjoyable for the week we spent in august.

Pelican’s Perch

This property has a great view of the two rivers estuary. Very tidy house with a well equipped kitchen. We cooked there every night of our stay. I liked that we were able to park our car in the garage and had use of a garage door opener. The main bedroom has a sleep by numbers bed which involves a topper that is way too soft even at the highest setting. Also, the sheets do not fit this set up very well. A decent mattress would work better. There are no closets in the main bedroom. A small closet in the second bedroom has very few hangers. We had only hiking clothes, which we kept in our bags, but I would have liked at least a luggage rack. The use of a heavily scented air freshener by the cleaning crew is unnecessary. The property is on a steep hillside above a main road so there is noise from traffic when you sit out on the deck. It is not noticeable inside when the windows are closed. There was also some noise every day from the use of a table saw set outside at a neighboring property that was undergoing construction. This rental is in a development with lots for sale next door, so I would expect more construction in the future.
