“I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro.”

“First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,……

“I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. Front desk lady was somewhat passive aggressive about it she tried to deny the……
