“I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yellow House Hostel. The property is charming and beautifully decorated, with lush greenery and thoughtful touches throughout that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom, which was very comfortable and a great addition to my stay. There was a minor issue with a fan in my room, but Brian addressed it immediately, which I greatly appreciated. The included breakfast was delicious and a wonderful way to start each day. What……

“I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome……

“This was my.first time at a hostel, but the property was really dirty they do not clean showers or bathrooms and dorms have mixed men ans women and dud not have iron or basics and towels really old and some.of the staff was really nice though ”
