“Clean room”

“Staff was unable to get noisy guests out of the hallway.”

“Well maintained, friendly staff, and clean…enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the use of the free washers and dryers. The only downside - which is a problem at a lot of hotels - is the WiFi speed is pretty slow at times since you’re sharing it with hundreds of other people. That said, we were still able to work throughout the week (emails and video calls) and I went somewhere else to download large files for video editing as needed.”

“Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available. We then tried the pool where there was a heck of a party going on. The pool was cloudy, and I kid you not, as I'm getting ready to step into the water with my sons I……

“The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.”

“Fun place and really calming. The bathroom are just incredible. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. ”

“The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option,……

“Room was adequate and staff was kind. Water damage in bathroom and water gets everywhere. Also, no iron or hairdryer. Weird smell in halls and building.”

“Very clean just a little out dated but did not affect our experience at all. Shower had amazing water pressure bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean!”

The desk attendant was quick and courteous, ,even at the late hour we’d arrived. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was including the soft sheets. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. Our room was cleaned and restocked every day. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was hot and……
