Fourth Tee - Pacific Grove House - Ocean/Golf View

Golf views abound from this comfortable home overlooking the fourth tee of the Pacific Grove Municipal Links. Located on 17-Mile Drive, it’s just five blocks from the ocean and a half mile to downtown (great restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries).  The country kitchen features a farmhouse sink, black granite countertops, and a 5-burner gas range with a convection oven. French doors in the kitchen and dining area open to a large second story deck with fairway views, a barbecue, a bistro table that seats four and a table for six.  The sunny master bedroom—a symphony in blue and white—has French doors that open to the garden, a Queen bed, TV, and an en suite bath with a two lavs and a large walk-in shower. The hall bath, with crisp white tile, has a tub/shower and a pedestal sink. This bath is accessible from the hallway and the second guest room (Queen bed). The third guest room (across the hall) has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.   One small dog allowed (with prior approval at https://monterey.petscreening.com

WONDERFUL HOUSE - GREAT LOCATION

This is a wonderful house. It has a deck offering a great view of the 4th hole of the PG Municipal golf course. The kitchen is very good, with an excellent gas stove, microwave, fridge. We loved the master bedroom and bath ... with the heated floors. The place was very clean when we arrived. Long story short, we loved it. We've been renting houses in PG for decades; this is the nicest house yet. We'll be back.
