“Nice location for walking to the Aquarium and the sea. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom both dated. Think it would be great for a 1 night stay but not much longer. Would have been nice to have outdoor space and washer and dryer that you didn’t have to pay for.”

“The location is great. Near a cool book/coffee shop, the beach and restaurants…though a bit small for more than 4 and as another person states…the water does have a smell. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. We were missing bedding for the fold our couch. The bag labeled as such contained two robes…one with a large black hair on it. When I called the host company it was 8pm and I got the run around. I was told they would make a ticket and mark it urgent. Given it was for a kid’s……

“The most perfect, relaxing, place we have ever been to. Love the view, friendly people, cute places to go, the walk, the drive. We can’t say enough words to describe the peace and relaxation that was felt during our stay. The house was perfect for our family of five and our 2 dogs. So convenient, the perfect setting for nice strolls. House was immaculately clean, well stocked and cozy. Would HIGHLY recommend. Not only good company, but great atmosphere makes the best vacations!”

“We had a lovely relaxing time at Sweet Seventeenth! The location was amazing -- close to great shops and restaurants and of course Bookworks Coffee shop!!! The home was totally stocked with essentials including a lovely bottle of Pino :) We hope to return to Pacific Grove and will definitely try to book this property again. Thank you!”

“The Lavender House is all about walkability, historical character, and a soothing quiet. It’s conveniently located one block off Lighthouse Ave in Pacific Grove with a variety of good restaurants and shops. It’s a few blocks from Lover’s Point, the Monterey Bay Aquarium is walkable too. Point Pinos in all its rugged glory is nearby too. Didn’t cook much yet kitchen had adequate pots & pans, but BYO oils & spices (salt & pepper only on hand). Wish I was a kid as third floor had the best view of……
