"Very helpful and pleasant manager, Jordon, after my first reservation at a different hotel, (covered in pot smoke), was cancelled free of charge - because the only available room was on the 4th Floor and the elevators were out. My husband had just been to the podiatrist that day. Back to the app - and this time I picked a stay date starting that night - which flipped in the app to starting the next night, leaving me without a place to stay and an extra night I didn't want. All was worked out very well, as soon as I called, the free breakfast was good enough to feature eggs and sausage with the traditional pancakes, the room was clean and quiet, the neighborhood was good, the dog fee didn't kill us, and a good review was well deserved. "

"This place does it right! I can't say enough good things about this place. The service was excellent! All employees, from check-in staff to maintenance, greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed anytime we were in close proximity. The room was very clean and comfortable. The management was present and actively working with the team to serve guests. The breakfast is amazing and not your average continental breakfast. This place had someone flipping the pancakes, and the quality was very good! To top it off, the kickback included dinner - a complete surprise! This was a great stay for our large family - we will be staying here again!"
