This historic home is located in downtown Washington, MO and is within walking distance to the riverfront and all the wonderful restaurants, bars, and activities downtown Washington has to offer.
The home has modern updated amenities while still keeping its historic charm in the little details.
The bedrooms all have comfortable mattresses with soft sheets. The large living room is cozy and has a large smart TV with Roku perfect to relax in after a fun day in Washington and the surrounding areas. The dining room can seat 8 and is the perfect place to enjoy meals with others.
The updated bathroom has a lovely walk in shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you might need to cook during your stay. It also offers 3 different varieties of coffee, sugar, and creamers for the perfect cup of coffee in the morning.

To keep the home comfortable and in great condition for all guests, we do have a few simple pet guidelines:
1. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
2. Please help us keep the space clean and free of damage
3. We kindly ask that all pet-related messes are picked up promptly
4. Pet Fee: $60 /Stay per pet
5. The back porch area is fully concrete and does not include a grass yard, so please plan accordingly for your pet’s needs.
To make your stay easier, we provide a few pet essentials, including food and water bowls, waste bags, and a few extra touches for your convenience.
