“Cute place in Belmont that had all of the amenities we needed while work was being done on our house. Location was perfect for us. Yes, there were a lot of stairs, but was fine for us. The upside is that the cottage is really quiet.”

“We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. The towels and paper products were arranged in a very thoughtful and decorative way, and the cottage also has a lovely private backyard. The beds were……

“Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”
