What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy with your family. I’m grateful you all decided to share this piece of paradise with us. If you’re looking for peace, quiet and family time, this is the place for you.
If you're looking to relax with your family and make some good memories, this is the place. Well maintained and decorated with style. Booked with ease, hosts were always accessible if needed! Basically the process was a snap from start to finish. Would definitely book again.
This is a great option for a group of people or a family that would like to be near the park! Big backyard for kids to play and have fun!
Very clean and remodeled home with some up-to-date appliances and a big OLED TV! The family really enjoyed the hot tub as well! It was always nice to see deer or elk come across the property too!
Really comfortable, clean and inviting. Kitchen is well stocked and the outside area is very relaxing. Unfortunately, in August, the stream is just a trickle but would be beautiful at other times of the year. The Nespresso machine was a real treat and completely unexpected.
We loved our stay at the cabin. Very well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices, a Nespresso machine and a coffee machine. The jacuzzi was great to come back to after a day at White Pass. Much of the cabin seems newly renovated. Small details such like chargers for phones were nice. It felt like home.
We thoroughly enjoyed the property and its proximity to Packwood. It was perfect point for a few days of exploration around Mount Rainier. Be sure to get your timed entry to the sites online ahead of time. We suggest Sunrise entrance for unparalleled views of the surrounding area. Highly recommend Cruiser’s for breakfast and the Blue Spruce Saloon and Diner for lunch or dinner.
This property was perfect for our family. It held all seven of us comfortably. The coffee and hot water pot with teas were a nice touch. I felt it showed that the owner went above and beyond to make the stay special. There were a few things that I felt would have made the stay nicer. But, overall it was a really good experience and we enjoyed our stay.
This was our second time staying at this house. It is close to a little river and is very quiet. We like this house as a jumping off point for skiing at white pass. The beds are very comfortable and there is a coffee machine with espresso pods. The hot tub works great and is very clean and well maintained. Book this house, it won’t disappoint!
This is a nicely updated house right on the river. Our family had a great time here. Plenty of space inside for a cozy stay in the rain and snow. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub with a view of the river. The hosts selected nice quality items and it shows...good pillows, bedding, coffee makers, etc. Had a visit from the elk in the morning. And the Tesla charger worked great.
Great home for a group of friends after hiking. Enjoyed the hot tub, view of elk near the water, and kitchen for cooking. A bit of hair from the group before in the bathrooms was not appreciated. The extra cost for either early check in or check out felt excessive for a property that was $700 for the night.
This home was a great one night stay for a large group, we loved the river access and ample beds. We happened to be there on a hot day - the downstairs stayed very cool from the AC but the two bedrooms upstairs stayed very warm. The kitchen was also lacking a few things we needed to make dinner (a regular size cookie sheet and cutting board). Check in was simple and hosts were communicative!
I really enjoyed this cabin! It is right in the river and so perfect. The deck is so large and lovely, and there are heaters on it to enjoy it all year round. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, and the hot tub was great. My only complaint is that the fireplace outside didn’t work and would t stay lit. I believe it is broken. But since there were 2 heaters we still enjoyed the deck without it!
Our stay at this cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Tucked right along the river with views that belong on a postcard, this place gave us the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and relaxation. Waking up to the sound of the water and sipping coffee with that view? Instant reset.Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was absolutely great—responsive, helpful, and kind. We were a group of 7 and fit comfortably, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The hot tub was a hit—major bonus points for being covered, so the fun didn’t stop with a little drizzle. The kitchen had most of what we needed, though we’d recommend adding a few baking dishes for future guests. Thankfully, the silver baking sheets came through like heroes when it mattered.Between the fresh air, the cozy home, and the easy access to Mount Rainier just up the road, we left with full hearts (and phones full of photos). Would absolutely stay again!
we had a wonderful time here the house was beautiful and the view was even more amazing the bunkbeds were way bigger then i imagined the house was only available for the 1 night or we would have stayed longer all in all it was a wonderful night away!
The property is beautifully appointed and on a scenic river setting. The home has all new finishes throughout. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.
We had a wonderful time at the house. It was gorgeous, with a fantastic view. The rooms were lovely and the beds incredibly comfortable. We loved having the hot tub to relax in the sounds of the river to fall asleep to.
Definitely highly recommended.
This home is situated on a river and the setting is breathtaking. The kitchen is equipped with lots of nice touches like nespresso machine, mocha master, tea, hot chocolate. The beds were comfortable and there were even games to play. We stayed at this home after skiing at White Pass. It would be nice if the checkin time was earlier, but that would not prevent me from staying here in the future.
The home is situated in a beautiful area by the river with plenty of wildlife nearby. It is well appointed with new appliances and a fresh look. It was hot during our stay which the first floor A/C had trouble cooling the second level but the owner had fans which helped cool the space once the sun had set. Highly recommend.
We loved this little getaway to the mountains for our family! Great location for visiting Mount rainier. Clean and remodeled. Loved the hot tub lined with a wall of foxgloves and the sounds of the creek in the background. We had a little trouble with entry (our door code didn’t work), but the owner was immediately responsive and opened the door remotely for us. Would definitely recommend this place!
