Our stay at this hotel was great. The room was very clean and had what we needed. The staff were great, helpful and made our experience there amazingly good. We left with good memories and we'll return. I was informed that new facilities will be available next year. The only issue is the access to its location however if your Satnav is updated it becomes a minor problem. Thank you for the way you've welcomed us at Quinta do Passal.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I booked it it stated it had a bathtub but it was a shower. Also it said it had a hot tub but it was broken. The shower water was spraying everywhere. The wifi doesn’t have great reception tv doesn’t work as it can’t connect to wifi. Staff is very nice but it stated on website they speak Portuguese and English, no one speaks English there the owner did use google translate. It’s very clean and beautiful hotel.

Vinimos para una boda y escogimos este hospedaje por la proximidad al evento mi marido se acomodó enseguida en el jacuzzi y la piscinas tanto interior como exterior todo perfectamente limpio y muy un servicio de 10 sin duda regresaríamos las veces que sean necesarias, pedimos un dia más y estaba todo completo nos apenó tanto no poder seguir aquí de lo cómodo que hemos estado, todos son muy amables pero en especial Monica siempre con una gran sonrisa.

La chambre etait parfaite, nous avons beneficié d’un surclassement gratuit. Le petit dej etait très restreint mais ca le faisait. Le moins du petit dej c’est bien le jus d’orange qui est semblable a un jus en poudre beaucoup trop sucré.
Le gros bémol de l’etablissement, ce sont les enfants des villages autour qui ont aussi accès à la piscine. Ce n’est pas un probleme en soi mais ce n’est pas mentionné . Nous avons choisi cet etablissement pour sa piscine et sa tranquilité, cependant arrivé sur place c’etait tout autre . Il y a une équipe d’une trentaine d’enfant qui remplit les lieux et la piscine et donc la piscine est occupée pleinement de 9h a 19h donc pas la possibilité de se reposer devant la piscine a cause du bruit et des éclaboussures mais non plus d’y aller à cause du grand nombre de personne.
Nous etions donc contraint d’utiliser la piscine interieur sans pouvoir profiter du soleil et de la piscine exterieur.
La moindre des choses c’est de prévenir les clients en amont pour ne pas décevoir vos clients. Cependant si vous avez des enfants cela peut être une bonne alternative.
