Hi NatalyaThank you for the lovely review. Good breakfast and kind and helpful staff is always very nice for us to hear. We try our best. Our breakfast we have recently added to the buffet offering, now you get the best of local and western dishes, eggs cooked anyway you like, bacon, we've even started to offer yoghurt and muesli which has proved hugely popular. Come back soon and maybe next time stay for a while to go scuba diving. We offer course, fun diving, try diving (fo rthose who have never done it before), even snorkeling. All activities can begin or end with a great lunch in our resort restaurant. Best Regards Michael

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for review. It would have helped us if you would have mentioned anything to the Front Office Staff, so at least we could rectify any issues. To my knowledge, yes, bathrooms can use a renovation but seats match the toilets. Hot water should be there, unless a fuse has blown, and if nobody reports this, it makes it hard for us to know. Guarantee, the sink is not falling apart, as this would have been noticed by our Housekeeping staff and reported. Have a great day

Dear Kazu, Thank you for your recent stay and your review. The water boilers in the room are indeed rather small so hot water lasts about 5-10 minutes. As for the safety box, either you entered the wrong Pin or the battery of the lock was empty. In either case, we have the master key to open the safety box (witch we did). I have checked the outside lock of the door, but there's nothing wrong with that. Did you report anything to the Front Office? I didn't see any entries for room 24 on that date. Dear Patrick, Thank you for taken the time reviewing our Resort. I do feel for you what happened with your Grab, but in all fairness, you have been asked to rate us as a Resort. I'm sure you can understand that rating us with a 2/10 will impact us with a negative view of our Resort, were I think we agree, this could have happened in any place you stayed in Padang Bai or Indonesia as a whole. Again, thank you for your stay with us, but I sincerely hope you adjust our rating to reflect how we did as a Resort, rather as what happened to you in the village. Kind Regards Olivier

Dear, Thank you for your review. You are quit mistaking. One of the oldest temples in Bali and one of the pillars of Hinduism is in our village. There's an ancient village about 20 minutes drive from us and we have 2 beautiful beaches. Most destinations are far more easier to reach from Padang Bai the opposed to places in the South. I can tell you that we are actively involved with organizations (Trash Hero) to help create a better/ cleaner environment. As for your Happy Hour Cocktail remark...
