“Am liebsten 0 Sterne. Wir wollten einchecken und plötzlich hieß es dass es keine Reservierung gibt. Daraufhin haben wir die Gastgeberin kontaktiert und diese war super unfreundlich und meinte es würde keine Bestätigung oder etwas ähnliches geben was ihr bestätigen würde dass wir gebucht hätten. Trotz bestätigung unserer Seits haben wir dann Fewo direkt selber kontaktiert, dort hieß es es gibt wirklich eine Bestätigung (alles bezahlt) doch die Gastgeberin hat und nicht rein gelassen.
