不满意：地点
Nice apt, newly renovated. Great view of Lake Garda. Walking distance to lake and some good restaurants. At check in, there were min supplies. There was no cleaning supplies other than broom and mop. No wipes, no spray cleaner and we were there for 4 weeks. There was plenty of cooking pots /pans but no salt, pepper, oil, etc. We had to get everything. I would have expected a little more than this. We had to go to market and get basics for the home. Also, it would be good to know that it is quite impossible to not have a car unless you plan on staying only at the apt. We were not aware of this and ended up getting a rental car for the 4 weeks ...a cost we were not planning on. It was impossible to get a taxi from where we stayed and the Ubers were 100 euros for a 4 mile trip to train station. Bus stop was 45 min away uphill. Again it would have been helpful to know that. We had difficulty using washing machine as everything was in Italian. Was very difficult to find any type of manual online. We eventually figured it out after many days. Difficulty with espresso maker but was told...use the other coffee machines..nobody else had problems with it. Not very helpful. We wasted a lot of coffee and finally found pods that worked. Had a day where the street was closed and we couldn't get out. Apparently everybody in the complex knew as all the cars were gone. We were not informed. We were stuck. When we contacted Andrea or Pam for anything got back to us quickly but not helpful
