「They overbooked the hotel, informed me via message that the room we booked was not actually available, but did not cancel the reservation. They then offered no help in navigating the refund process with Hotels.com」

「Tuve una muy linda estadía en Urus…el barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Me hospedé ahí 1 mes y nunca tuve ningún inconveniente.. Erika fue muy profesional y atenta en todo momento. Recomiendo Urus 100%」

「Excelente servicio, muy amables las 2 recepcionistas que nos atendieron cordial atención doña Martha, estacion mio cerca,exito d1 hay de todo un poco.Hotel con lo necesario.lo unico en contra lo de el desayuno cambiar pero en términos generales nos fue muy bien.」

「El trato fue excelente, excelente ubicación al hospital, desayuno delicioso, el personal súper amable y la habitación en un buen estado y limpia. Con todo lo necesario lo recomiendo, y manejan muy buenos precios de estadía. Y el celador una excelente persona.」

「No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. 」

「It was a cool experience for the most part the only flaw was that you can hear everything and the type of windows they had let mosquitoes in. 」

「Me gusto mucho....las habitaciones tienen un estilo "Europeo" sencillas pero muy comodas y de una limpieza impecable. La amabilidad de todo el personal, pocas veces se encuentra en otro lugar.」

「Hotel was great! Convenient location, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was nice with plenty of food, and reception is open 24/7 if you are coming back from a late concert (it's a 12 minute walk from the stadium). Special mention: Sebastain at reception was very accommodating and helpful. He was able to help with special requests and even tried to get us connected for some concert tickets. Overall, we couldnt be happier with our stay!」

「Nice stay here. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable. WiFi was good and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. We liked the location just a short walk from San Fernando where there’s some great restaurants. We stayed here to go and watch America de Cali and it was perfectly located for the stadium.」
