「Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. 」

「We booked VERY last minute but despite this everything was great with our stay. Property was clean & quiet with enough space for our party (4 x adults & 3 x children). You do need a car. Host and everyone else we interacted with were really helpful and friendly with great communication」

Our host Ange was amazing and really made us feel like we belonged there. I’m not sure we’ll ever get the opportunity to return to Venice but if we do this is where we will stay.」

「Excellent place to stay and top customer service. It was nice to be greeters and shown the place directly. The apartment itself was excellent, great AC for a hot time of the year. Also, it was great to have access to an elevator that went to the 4th floor. Convenient to everywhere!」

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away. There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night. The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "
