*** The apartment is furnished with all the comforts to offer a high level of hospitality, in a quiet and reserved environment.
The property is located on the ground floor with an internal garden (with an outdoor table and two chairs) and an independent entrance.

* KITCHEN: stove, dining table, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave and cooking utensils.

* LIVING ROOM / ROOM: living room communicating with the bedroom (two single beds that can become a double bed on occasion), wardrobe, double sofa bed, television.

* BATHROOM: shower box, toilet and bidet.

* ADDITIONAL SERVICES: washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, drying rack, iron, independent heating and Wifi.

*** PARKING: the apartment is located in the city center in a limited traffic zone (ztl), therefore it will be required to scan the vehicle registration document in order to transcribe the license plate correctly and accurately to gain access to the area. The maximum dimensions allowed are of medium size (Vans, SUVs and the like are not allowed). ***

*** The whole house will be at your complete disposal! We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Padua even more interesting and safe.

*** PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

- For check-ins after the scheduled times the following supplements are required:

 * after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required
 * after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 euros is required
 * after midnight and up to 1 there is a supplement of 40 euros
 We are unable to check in after 1.30.
