"The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous but still undergoing some enhacements in landscaping, etc. that causes to put a little bit of a damper in privacy during stay. But the staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff, starting from their Executive Chef Siva who was very helpful in recommending food and customizing as needed, alongwith all his wait staff. All in all a great stay, and once the palce is fully done will be a one-of-a-kind in the coastal karnatake region."

"Room and bathroom were not good. AC didn't work all through night i couldn't sleep. It is a cheap hotel with worn and teared bedding with a 4 star pricing. Treebo was constantly behind me every hour asking me to pay some portion of the total charges in advance. They threatened me every time with cancellation of my booking if money is not paid in advance which was confirmed by Expedia. I could write many stories about my experiences since booking. I was traveling with a family of 5 including senior citizens and this is a horrible experience. "

"The location, layout and amenities were great, beautiful views, lovely private dunk pools from your balcony. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is great - three courses of yummy vegetarian surprises!"

"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if you ask them for assistance. We stayed there just for the night but pretty sure if we would have stayed longer, we would have found more gems in their issue treasure box."

"We had a great stay at Radisson Manipal. Property is in a really nice neighbourhood with all sorts of facilities. Icing on the cake is staff of the hotel which was very helpful and professional. Mr Dhanush at front desk was a great help to us."
