Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms; three upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and private balcony overlooking the golf course.. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4) and a twin pull out trundle. There is also a convertible twin bed upstairs. There is a king bedroom downstairs. There are twin foam mattresses perfect for children.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms are upstairs. Master has soaking tub and standing shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Downstairs has a half bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all linens are provided.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all appliances and is well-stocked. Dinnerware, flatware, bake ware, cookware, glassware and small appliances including a drip coffee maker are provided.

Outside: The backyard is large and fully fenced. You can BBQ on the gas grill and eat outside at the dining area. Later, make s'mores in the fire pit, soak in the hot tub or just relax and star gaze.

Parking: Two spaces available on front driveway. Boat parking available on gravel lot adjacent to the driveway. Additional parking on the north side of the house and on the street.

Kids: If you are traveling with little ones, there are a pack-n-play and high chair available on site.

Pets: Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for a $75 pet fee and must be declared before arriving. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. If your pet has an accident in the house and or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible. Please make sure to clean up after your pet inside and outside the house.

**There is a Ring camera doorbell at the entry to the home that overlooks the driveway and street and two cameras facing the golf course in the back yard for guest safety . **

- Absolutely no smoking - $1000 fee for any smoke damage or scent.
- Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. We adhere to our stated cancellation policy.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Check out is 10:00 Arizona time.
- Do not add any liquids into the hot tub.
