● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Pets are not allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Our stay was exactly as described and perfectly located for exploring Page! Being so close to Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, and Lake Powell made our quick one-night trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for what we needed and the view from the backyard was amazing. It was very clean and organized and appeared to be practically brand new. All the major attractions were within 10-20 minutes from the unit and restaurants were within 5-10 minutes. Danny was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.
