Views for miles of the Utah Arizona rock formations and Lake Powell can be enjoyed from the hot tub, patio lounge, game room and many rooms in the house.
Peaceful and dark sky community to stargaze and relax to the thousands of stars at night. Southwestern design and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make memories in the desert with family and friends!

Nice property, great views, just outside of Page, AZ

This property is in a neighborhood which is currently being developed about in a community called Greenhaven, about 10 minutes outside of Page. House was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful views. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Location was great to explore the area. Loved our stay!

Good looking house Wanted to go to be in more of a secluded place but the houses are really close to each other the hot tub is right next to the neighbors drive up The “arcade room” smelled like the barbecue grills that were placed in there with the ping pong table so couldn’t really be in there for to long cause of the smell of whatever was cooked on the grillsBoth mornings nothing but construction going on right in front of the house. Would’ve liked more of a heads up that they are building a house right in front of the house we booked Nice area, nice view just not the peace and quiet we were looking for

What a beautiful small neighboorhood 15 minutes outside of Page near the Utah border. The views are gorgeous.The house was brand new and the neighborhood was very quite. This is a great place for anyone wanting to get away from the city or have a homebase for all the great hiking in the area.

Relaxing and great place for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 3 nights with our adult married children with a total of 7 of us and had plenty of room. We grabbed groceries at the local Walmart and cooked our breakfast and dinners at the home and had everything we needed. The outside grill was great. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the outdoor hot tub. We had a situation that came up but Andy was quick to answer my message and take care of the problem. It was quiet and enjoyable with beautiful views. All the beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again. We used this as a base to go to Grand Canyon, Zion and activities in and around Page.

A Memory Maker

From the moment we walked into this incredible home until the end of our stay, we enjoyed everything about this house. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, with all of the small, thoughtful details taken care of, you will enjoy your stay here. We got up every morning at sunrise to watch the incredible views unfold and enjoyed the sunsets and stargazing from the porch. A minor detail to some, but a game changer to us, this house smelled good! Andy does a great job taking care of his guests and making the process run smoothly. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful spacious house

Lovely house for our family - a much better option than a hotel. The hot tub, corn hole, basketball and table tennis table plus a selection of board games were great additions. Huge fridge freezer with ice machine and brilliant air conditioning.

Excellent stay

The house was welcoming and had a great layout. It was comfortable and really pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, paper towels and basics. The large washer and dryer was helpful. There were plenty of towels, and even beach towels and a few camping chairs to use. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy and accommodating. It was a great location.
