Amazing host, Pristine house, Beautiful scenery

The house doesn't look like much from the outside, but from the minute we opened the front door, we felt at ease! The giant couch in the living room easily accommodated our group of NINE! We loved the queen sized bunk beds, and each family had their own room. Amazingly, everything in the house WORKED! I've stayed at several places where I felt like appliances or doors were held together with duct tape and chewing gum. Not here! This house is immaculately maintained with care and love. The owner of the house happened to be in town and staying at the house next door. She was more than helpful with suggesting activities, tours, outings, etc. We had our own boat and she made sure that we had all of the local information for best spots and where/how to launch. When she found out I was a runner, she suggested routes, and made it clear that we were welcome to explore the desert area out the front door. We had a great trip!

The owners are amazing

The owners are kind, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The place is very clean and nice. I loved the many beds and open floor plan. The space and beds were jjust what we needed for a family members wedding. They even have three rental homes side by side so you can all be together. That is AWESOME!!!!! The neighborhood was quiet, nice and friendly. I would absolutely, MOST definitely rent this house again.

What a wonderful stay for our party of 11. The home was located conveniently to all amenities that were helpful for our large party. We were able to visit local restaurants and discount stores for supplies before setting out for the day very easily. It was located on a quiet street with breathtaking views from the driveway. We felt safe and welcomed in what seemed to be a community setting. We stayed at the start of a 14 day vacation while taking in the unbelievable views of Horse Shoe Bend (located near by) and Lake Powell for just couple of days before heading north to Yellowstone. Communication was great by the owners and kitchen essentials were of plenty. We were comfortable for the two nights of our stay and ate meals right at the table. The living room was super spacious as were the bedrooms. Overall an excellent stay and would consider staying again if we were to return to the area.

Perfect spot

Perfect house for our family and our friends. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. Such a cute house, comfortable and everything was clean. We also loved how close it was to everything- antelope canyon, HorseShoe bend, restaurants, Lake Powell. We all had a great time!

Cozy house with super responsive host and great location

Horseshoe Bend house was a cozy, clean and well maintained house. Adria was great in communication and provided very useful information. We stayed as group of 12. Needed to adjust sleeping arrangement as master bedroom had 2 bunk beds. All supplies were adequately maintained and of good quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Casual, clean property in quiet neighborhood

Great property: simple, clean, comfortable home. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 teenagers- and fit comfortably in the rooms. We used this house as “base camp” while spending most of our days on Lake Powell. The boat parking was a great touch and the neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Communication with owners was simple, checking in and out were efficient, and the property was exactly as advertised. Great home for the price.

Spring Break 2021

This home was recently updated and very comfortable. It had a spacious kitchen and living room. The house was centrally located to everything on our list of sights to see. We appreciated Adria's suggestions for kayak and boat tours, Sean at Paddle Express was great to work with. We loved our visit to Page!
