The Space:
The Retreat is a clean vacation rental offering a quiet escape amidst the picturesque beauty of Page, Arizona. The Retreat is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need to make your stay easy, comfortable, and seamless.

The Retreat's backyard offers a spacious hot tub with room for 6, a full size Weber Genesis barbecue, a firepit, and high-quality Polywood furniture throughout.

The interior is thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating to enjoy the 70" Smart TV, board games for the whole family, or simply relax at the end of a long day of adventure. The dining space offers seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island.

The kitchen is always fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more.

Calm and aesthetic, the primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed always outfitted with clean, bright white, hotel-quality linens and a comfortable, plush mattress. This room has an attached bathroom with large, walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and an additional Smart TV.

The second bedroom offers an additional king-sized bed. The third bedroom is our take on a "bunk room"- with two full-sized beds offering sleeping for 4. All beds are always prepared with fresh, white linens and a hotel-feel.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom, laundry room, full access to the garage, and plenty of boat parking.

[Home Truths]
1. Due to the remote location of our home, it is common for sand to blow into the backyard and patio areas. It is also common to see desert wildlife!
2. To showcase the views from our backyard, the fences are low.
3. Unapproved late checkout is subject to a fee of $100/hr after the established checkout time.
4. This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to a $1000 fee plus actual remediation costs.
5. Excessive cleaning due to unwashed dishes, trash left throughout the house, or other significant messes will result in an additional charge proportionate to the time required by our cleaning team beyond a standard turnover.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, privately.

Kiki is available via phone, message, or email and will not interact with guests in-person.
