No electric outlets in main room area to charge phone. Room had a weird smell. Bathroom has spackle all over it. Calling what was served for breakfast, breakfast was over selling it. Toilet barely flushed and took multiple flushes to get it to fully clear. Overall this place is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Only bright spot was check in attendant was friendly.

This hotel was below average, both in cleanliness and in overall condition of the room. There was a credenza for a microwave and fridge, but none were in the room. No light near the bed (neither on the nightstand or nor above the bed). Outlets in bathroom did not work.

Taught me to check facilities better before booking. This was the first hotel in my life that did not have a microwave or refrigerator. Only stay that did not in our 2 week trip. I had never felt the need to check if the room had them. Lesson learned.

Not expensive relatively speaking. Ok for 1 or maybe 2 nights. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk. Our room was ready by 330 but other guests had to wait a bit longer.

We did not stay at this property. Room had no electric outlets. There was a hole in the floor, and the room smelled like urine. The property gave me a refund, but have not received refund from Expedia yet.

The room was dated & not very clean. It didn’t have bed bugs which made it acceptable, however, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Good value compared to other local hotels. It’s in the process of upgrading some facilities. Brekky room was crowded for the amount of rooms there are.

The whole place needs updating. First the only ice machine for the whole place wasn’t working. The bathroom: toilet seat not secured properly; the non-slip coating on the tub was peeling; toilet bowl was dirty; and walls and ceiling had cracks in them. The microwave looks so old, the color white was fading. What’s with the 32” TV? Why does breakfast start at 7:30 am. Most places with free breakfast start at 6 am. Theirs was from 7:30 to 9:30 am. We had our Antelope Canyon tour starting at 8 am so we had to miss breakfast. I was very generous in giving this hotel a 2/10. I don’t know why Expedia has this on their website. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Rooms were just okay, pillows need updating but bed was pretty comfy. No soap for bathroom, ice machine on complex broken so no ice available. Some loud people staying and woke us up in midldle of the night.

We expected a basic motel but this was much worse: The bathroom door doesn’t close, the ac machine was super loud (and we are use to a louder ac unit), the bathroom sink counter isn’t secured to the wall. Bed creaks. Says breakfast included but no breakfast when we go up. Front agent didn’t mention anything about breakfast at different times etc. very very run down and we had a person knock on our door for 20mins at 5am in the morning. Not a great place for families. Based on my experience, I’d avoid.

The room we were first assigned was behind a closed restaurant and was not very inviting. The property is being renovated, and there were large dumpsters, and not many rooms to choose from. The room we were initially in had major gaps around the doors and trim problems in the room. I talked to the people at the front desk and they moved us to a different room that was much better in all aspects.

We only had a one night stay. Checkin went well. The office was supposed to open at 7 am but noone was there at 7:30 when we needed to leave. Breakfast was supposed to be included but again it wasn't open. Very disappointing.

If you like the 70’s this place is for you. Furniture was very old particle board, flimsy and OLD. would not have stayed but it was already paid for. The town however was very nice area. Had dinner at the Dam Bar and grill. Excellent. Pictures on the web site do not always paint a true picture. Room smelled. Sheets and towels also from the 70’s I think.

The property was old and unkempt. The threshold at the door had a 3/4 inch gap. Ended up putting a towel in front of the door to cut the wind and dust from coming in.
