Established and stately, the property is filled with lush ornamental gardens and centrally-located in one of Bermuda's most sought-after parishes. Next door sits the 35-acre Botanical Gardens, also home to Homer's Café and Masterworks Museum. Camden House, home of the Premier since 1770, has public tours throughout the week and located in the gardens.

The upscale neighborhood is close to the capital city of Hamilton, which is bursting with old world charm and a taste of a bygone era. There, you'll find restaurants, shopping and cultural sites to explore, including a beautiful cathedral, large park and historic post office. Elbow Beach, one of the best pink sand beaches the island is famous for, is only a 5-minute drive away.

Another neighborhood favorite is the Palm Grove Gardens, full of various palms and palmettos. Stay active and go for evening strolls or morning runs on the 18-mile Railway Trail located only minutes away. Start your day at one of the two local cafes, serving up hot coffee and delicious homemade goodies.

Gorgeous and untamed, Hungry Bay is just 5 minutes away and dazzles with picturesque views of the ocean and the best coastal mangrove swamp on the island.

The cottage is walking distance to town and there are several bus stops located at the bottom of the drive to get to either side of the island.
