Comfortable and great location

Stayed one week for Wolf Creek ski vacation. Having a garage is great for storing ski gear and not scraping ice from vehicles. Location great for Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa. Very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse.

Very upscale and well stocked. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat in. Hosts have thought of everything from hair dryers to extra blankets to camp chairs. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Perfect location in beautiful Pagosa Springs

Wonderful stay! Traveled from MA to Pagosa for a friends wedding and was stunned by the beautiful location and views. Condo was perfectly placed to be greeted by deer out the back and a short walk to the River Walk area. Really enjoyed our stay in a wonderfully kept condo. Highly recommend!

Condo is a perfect location. Close to downtown yet private part on the river. It was very clean and comfortable for us all. 7 people stayed with us ages 9,11,15,20,20,41,41. We had pleanty of room and really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Super location to the river for getting out after tubing! Kitchen was well stocked and had spices, baggies, etc available for use. Nights were a bit hot in the lower level but locals indicated the heat was unusual. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Pagosa Springs.

Pagosa Springs condo

What a fabulous place to spend an extended weekend stay! The property is lovely and is conveniently located in a picturesque setting, close to walking paths and the springs. It is stocked with all necessary needs and the kitchen is generously equipped. The beds were comfortable and the condo has a cozy feel. Leo is very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions. We'll hope to return someday!

Best Ski Vacation Ever!

We loved this property in Pagosa Springs. Its close to the hot springs and close to Wolf Creek. Its situated in a residential neighborhood directly on the San Juan River. We enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and playing games in the living room. The two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for family to have their own space while wife and I had master to ourselves. Really enjoyed soaking tub in master after a long day on the slopes when too tired to go to springs. Will definitely rent again if available on our next trip.

We wanted a close getaway for Mel's Birthday. We found this GEM right off the river in Pagosa Springs! House was amazing! Had all the kitchen things you need. The pantry and fridge had most of the basic groceries already. The house is 2 blocks from thehot springs. Everything you want to do, just minutes away. Price was super reasonable. We stayed 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay! Property owner was awesome to work with! Thank You!!!!

We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.
