Looking for a unique experience? Try this incredible barn on 10 acres. Located only 5 minutes from uptown shops & restaurants, 30 min from Wolf Creek. National Forest access across the road for hiking & horseback riding. Cozy up to the wood burning stove or enjoy the outdoors under the stars by the fire-pit. Remodeled with reclaimed barn-wood & refurbished tin & fully equipped kitchen. There is a pool table, poker table, dart board, and plenty of games and books for your enjoyment along with high-speed internet and smart TVs to keep you connected.
Have pets? They are apart of the family and welcome! The front pasture is completely fenced in for them to explore.

AMAZING!!!
Ok where to even start. Booking was easy and communication was awesome. During these uncertain times I contacted Breck numerous times to see what the status of Pagosa Springs was during this covid scare. They kept me posted every few weeks. They had a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival which my mother throughly enjoyed! The property was GOREGOUS and very homey! We had 5 adults my 16 yr old son and an infant we had to get a little creative as my mom is a complicated sleeper and my mother in law was with us also so 1 in the bedroom 1 on the hide a couch my daughter on the love seats pushed together and my husband son and myself crashed on the large and comfy air mattress! There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax after a day out in about.. We go to Pagosa Springs every year to escape the Arizona Heat and recharge our Batteries This is the PERFECT place to do that!! We are hoping to plan another trip in October to meet up with our other daughter and you can bet if this Barndominum is available we will be staying here. AMAZING PLACE CAN NOT RECCOMEND ENOUGH!!!

Relaxing stay at the Barndominium
We and our three dogs stayed for a week. It was amazing! The fully fenced huge yard was great for our dogs to run around while we threw frisbees. Tons of space and very open-we loved it. It’s an easy drive to restaurants, the grocery store, and downtown Pagosa. We will be back!!

We loved it but...
When we made our plans we decided between a modern condo and this property and decide to stay at this one to have a more rustic and authentic Colorado experience. The main area and kitchen are lovely, inviting spaces. The bedroom and the bathroom are less than ideal, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom accommodations did not match the rest of the property and was uncomfortable. Additionally, without A/C and 90 degree days, not having screens in all the windows made for uncomfortable sleeping as well. That said, the views were spectacular and the setting quintessential Colorado but unless the bedroom/bathroom are updated, we would select an alternate property next time.

Fun Place to Stay
The Barndominium was a great place to stay while enjoying all that beautiful Pagosa Springs offers. We had less than favorable weather so we spent more time in the barn than we expected. The openness of the barn was great for us and our two corgis. The dogs had room to roam while we played darts and other games the Rudd’s supplies. Also, views from the bedroom were nice. The first morning we watched a herd of elk jumping fences from pasture to pasture. The location was great giving us access to hiking and mountain biking trails within short distances for the days we could get out. Also, all the restaurants and shopping was close by as well. All-in-all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay during a cold and rainy/snowy few days.

Definite 5-Star Experience!
My wife, 7-month old, & I spent the Memorial Day weekend here. What a great time! The place was perfect. Beautiful view of the mountains from the side porch where we grilled out all weekend. Opened up the barn doors to a beautiful day while we played darts, read books, watched movies, you name it. Had a bonfire in the fire pit one night. 10-minute drive to town that we made a couple times each day. Ran around in the huge yard & played fetch with the dog. The place was perfect & we came back home completely recharged. Thanks for having us! We will be back. 5-star experience all the way around!

Fun, Unique Stay
The pictures reflect reality. We stayed in early spring, still a lot of snow on the ground, and muddy where it had none. That made for a bit of a challenge getting into the property, but not bad. We had two teenagers with us and they loved the great room’s space, dart board and many outlets for their electronics. Satellite and WiFi worked without much of a learning curve. 😊 I personally loved the wood burning stove. My husband did too, as he got to show off his childhood skills that he learned growing up in a home that was heated by wood. The kitchen was clean and had new appliances. We made a small trek to the town’s grocery store (it’s a good one), and got supplies to watch the NCAA tournament in good style. The back bedroom was decked out with everything, tv, bar, refrigerator, microwave and stove, and, a big window to enjoy the view. The bathroom was in the bedroom and a bit small. It’s location made it’s use a bit of a juggling challenge for four people. But the old fashioned (but new) pull-cord toilet was a hit with us all. We enjoyed our short time here, after a long Spring Break road trip. We would definitely consider the area and this property for another visit when we can stay for more than a night.
