Only 20 miles from Wolf Creek, with a fabulous central downtown location!

There are stunning, direct views of the San Juan Mountains in the back yard space, which features a grill and picnic table - AND the property has a great view of the July 4th fireworks! No need to go anywhere but out the door to enjoy the show! There is also a fun sledding hill to the back/side of the property.
Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, a in-unit washer/dryer, and a 55 inch Smart TV. The master bedroom features a Purple mattress, the queen bedroom a deluxe memory foam mattress, and in the twin rooms are comfortable mattresses with comfort foam toppers. We also have a sleeper futon in the living room, and a 3 inch memory foam topper along with full set of bedding for it stored in the laundry room. We have books and board games for all ages, and supply beach towels for hot springs or San Juan River use.
Hilltop Haus hosts are also available to help reserve various concierge services upon request: gear rentals, local tour opportunities, private chef services, catering, groceries, etc. Please reach out after booking for quotes and availability on specific requests.
NOTE: We value your safety, and do have external security cameras that are motion activated. These cameras do not videotape any indoor area.
NOTE: We are a non-smoking/vaping facility. There is a $500 charge for smoking or vaping in property.

The Perfect Pagosa Stay!
This place is so warm and inviting! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Pagosa or staying for a ski trip to Wolf Creek! We will definitely be staying when in the area in the future. Everything you need is there and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Perfect Spot
We stayed at Epic Mountain Views for President's Day Weekend. We skied, enjoyed the hot springs and ate at fabulous restaurants. It was a great get away with comfortables beds, great location, a yard for the dog to run around, everything you need in the kitchen and the owner is super responsive. We would stay here again! You can walk to the springs, downtown to the coffee shop, and there is a trails that are cleared in the winter.

Great value and location
We were passing through Pagosa Springs and this was perfect for us. Great location walkable to town including a cute coffee shop at the bottom of the hill. Management was easy to reach and communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Awesome stay at Hilltop Haus
The location was within walking distance of the hot springs, the San Juan River Trail, downtown and Yamagutchi Park. We visited all of them! The house was cozy and nice and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The backyard view was awesome! We would definitely stay at the Hilltop Haus again. Also the host very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. Thanks for making this an awesome family vacation!

Our stay was great! Super responsive host and the house was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. The backyard could use a little more grass and maybe some updated furniture, but we loved that it is fully fenced and has amazing views. Great walkability along the river into downtown. Would highly recommend this home!
