Excellent house and even better if you have dogs. Very large yard that is all fenced in with a gate, so the dogs can roam to their heart's content. The house is very nice with great furnishings. Kitchen has everything you can need and there are two living areas to hang out. The deck has an umbrella heater as well as a gas fire pit which make sitting outside wonderful.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient!

We were pleased that there were enough beds, baths and a fenced yard for our pups. Conveniently located to downtown Pagosa, hot springs, Wolf Creek skiing and Durango!!

Beautiful decor with a quaint cabin feel and lovely outdoor space.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Terrific Location and House

The house was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, mountain biking and hiking trails. The house had a terrific layout and a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend it highly!

Spring Break at Pagosa Springs

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Great place

Clean and fun spot to stay at. Very cool cabin feel! Short drive to town as well. They had some computer issues causing some hiccups but they were quick to respond. Little tricky to figure out who to contact as well but Scott was quick to respond. I know things happen but they were very professional about getting it corrected. Would love to come back again for another ski trip.

Great cabin in Pagosa Lakes subdivision

Our family enjoyed our stay in Lazy Bear Cabin - plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Bad experience with this house.

First, we get a text 2 hours before for our arrival (after we have driven 16 hours) telling us about “minor” construction that will be happening at the home during our stay - I don’t call cement mixers, concrete columns and decking as minor construction. We could not even use the front part of the house/yard. The construction materials also took up 1/2 of the driveway space. The construction was delayed after our party stating we didn’t travel 1100 miles to stay in a construction zone. Second, there were plumbing issues from the time we arrived. We had 9 people in the house without a properly flushing toilet in the entire house. Even after we had to arrange for a plumber the toilets still didn’t flush properly. Third, there were not enough towels - there were only 3 washcloths in the entire house. There were only 6 bath towels for the entire house/stay. Fourth, the deck railing was missing from the end of the deck by the grill and the outside railing around the edge was about to fall off. One of the main reasons we picked the house was due to the front deck area and the front outdoor space and we couldn’t use it due to construction and to safety issues. Finally the outside dumpster was absolutely packed full of garbage when we arrived. We couldn’t even put a bag of trash in it. We had to call to get someone to take away some of the trash. Needless to say, we were disappointed with the accommodations. Thankfully Pagosa Springs and the surrounding areas made our time away from the house worth the trip.

Great Cabin in a wonderful location

Great property and location, just miles from Pagosa Springs and just a short walk over to the lake. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Communication was very good with the managment company. Highly reccomened it if you are going to Pagosa.

Great Stay!

The property was nice and clean, obviously recently renovated. Service was very good. Someone was available via text for any issues we had. The whole family was very comfortable.

Great Pagosa Stay

Beautiful property in a beautiful town. Clean and reasonably priced for the size of the cabin. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as a family here for a week.
