  • This home is located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best fishing in Pagosa is found. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. A deck and back yard facing the lake with a hot tub and BBQ. A great home to bring your dogs and enjoy a vacation with your loved ones.

    On the main level there is an open kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the water. Half bathroom, garage access and the master bedroom with a king size bed. All heated by radiant and central heat with a gas fireplace in the living room.

    Downstairs, you'll walk into a large entertainment room with a smart tv and sound system. There's a sliding glass door leading to the hot tub and back yard. One bedroom with a king size bed, another large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom.

    This home is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross county skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation area.

    All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

    This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog.
    There is no swimming allowed in the lake.

    This home has a detached garage that houses a pool table, ping pong table, large tv and couch for enjoying this newly renovated game room. The deposit for this home includes the usage of this room as well as the security deposit for the main house.

The view of the lake was nice. Having a boat dock at the property was really convenient. The game room was fun. Family enjoyed the hot tub. The downstair outdoor furniture was full of cobwebs and not user friendly. The bedroom set up was perfect for all of us. All in all nice place, just a bit pricey.

A neat place with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. It was spacious enough for our family of 9. Getting to town was easy and not too far of a drive.

Overall absolutely love this place! Would have been 5 stars except the two king beds are not good. Mattresses are either old and/or in poor condition as well as the mattress covers. That is literally the only negative.Beautiful property and setting on the lake.

The layout of the property was perfect. I have a special needs daughter and having the bedroom where the kitchen and living room was perfect. The balcony was easy for us to access with a wheelchair very nice to sit all day and enjoy the views. The game room was a plus kept my 2 teenage boys busy, very nice property.

Best vacation ever! Beautiful and peaceful!

Home is right on the lake. Great fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. House is furnished nicely and lay out is great for 2 families as it has 2 living areas.

This home and garage entertainment room and simply great. The home was comfy and located right on the small lake. Between the daily fishing and hot tub after a solid day of hiking mountain, we really appreciated the home and it's location to the mountains and city both. Even though VRBO warns against signing documents outside of their website, due to the amount of scams us consumers have to deal with, I did sign his docs and additional 1000 deposit was sent back, in the end. I really don't like dealing with this because not all of these homeowners are honest, but again thankful for the home and time spent with there!

Beautiful Lake House

This house is perfect for one or two families, and dog friendly to boot! We had ample room to spread out, the property was clean and comfortable, and all the little necessities in the kitchen were appreciated. Fishing from the house dock wasn't feasible when we were there with the aquatic plants, but a short drive around the lake kept us eating amazing fish. The dock was great for launching our kayaks and paddleboards though. Highly recommend this place. Very relaxing!

This house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need. It had a huge empty pantry for all our food we brought. You can't beat the views from all of the windows. We brought our propane fireplace that worked out perfect on their deck. It literally has two separate living spaces. It would easily accommodate two families. We had fun playing pool and ping pong. You can't go wrong renting this place. We didn't want to leave. My husband and I were there celebrating our 40-year wedding anniversary. They left us a card and bottle of champagne. They also leave a bucket of snacks. We will definitely be back.

The property is only about 15 minutes from downtown, and also very close to local stores like Walmart. We had a few icy roads after dark, but day time driving was safe and the views were beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean. We had one issue with the water heater going out, and due to it being Christmas eve we had to wait for showers, but I'm sure the issue will be resolved before the next rental is made. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of, and we loved staying here.

They house was stocked with everything we needed and if we did happen to need anything or have questions about the area, we would get a response very quickly. We saw the most beautiful wildlife as well as a few deer on the drive to the home. Having the lake right outside made my fisherman husband very happy. Having that view every day we were there was the best part for me. Truly, I don't have one bad thing to say. This is our 4th time visiting Pagosa and this home by far was our favorite. Thanks again to management for always being so kind, helpful and replying so quickly. It made our trip that much better!
