New Lakefront Escape: 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Home with Stunning Views & Endless Recreation
Brand New Construction! This beautifully designed, lakefront home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. From the moment you wake up with a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking North Village Lake, to ending the day by the fire pit with breathtaking mountain views, every part of this home is crafted for relaxation and adventure.
Indoor Comfort & Style
The main-floor master suite features a plush king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a loft area with 2 recliners for enjoying the stunning lake view. The loft also offers room for an inflatable queen mattress. The home’s open-concept living area includes a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new GE Cafe appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. There’s also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Outdoor Fun & Recreation
Step outside to your private backyard, complete with a new dock, fire pit, and furnished deck with a Weber grill. Fish right from the dock (permits needed) or explore the lake using the available pedal boat, kayaks, or canoe.
