Graduation trip

We very much enjoyed our stay. My boys were thrilled with the fishing and the little row boat. They caught nice size fish but had a blast catch and release. Our liason was most helpful. It's use them again.

Spring ski trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and the views are stunning over the lake, but in need of some updates. Outside, kitchen and downstairs bath. It is a little further from town than expected, that said the view was worth it and I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful vacation...

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Being by the water and having access to go out on it were great! The kitchen was missing a few items, sponge, better fry pans and cinnamon spice but other than that, it was a very nice place! We loved it!

Cozy and Convenient cabin

Very nice home in wonderful Pagosa Springs, close to Wolf Creek ski area. The house is comfortable and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the location and cozy nature of the house.

Great house in a great location!

We enjoyed our time at Hatcher Lake! The house was in a great location with the needed basics to make traveling with a younger family easier! The house does need some maintenance work and the beds could use updating. The management team was great though! They were very quick to respond with any needs!

The location and views are spectacular!!! The home is comfortable and very comfortably accommodated four women. I would love to see some love given to the home in the way of paint refresh and cleaning. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lake front

Beautiful view! Very cozy house. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved having our dogs with us. Cameras around outside of house which was awkward and made us feel like we didn’t have our privacy. Other then that we had a great stay!

Fabulous lakeside location away from busy tourist area

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this home. Every amenity we needed was included: gas grill with propane, coffee and filters, fans for white noise, rowboat for lake outings, smart TV for evening movies, board games...this house has it all. Family and friends will be comfortable here-do not hesitate to book! Definitely suggest getting the fishing license- we saw so many fish while standing in the back yard!

Christmas 2023

Our family & my brother’s family decided to take a trip and make memories instead of buying presents this year. We spent Christmas Day cooking, playing games, and relaxing. Our kiddos ranged from age 9 to 17 and all had a blast. We loved that we were not in town, yet also we were close enough we could be there within a few minutes. Not pet friendly.

After you pay you get their real attitude after they say they are pet friendly. We stayed at a place in the same area before and wanted a place on the lake like this. However, after you pay the tell you how they REALLY feel bout pets. :( Not pet friendly at all. We cancelled because of this.

Beautiful location

The location is great with beautiful views. But a future house being built will cut down the view. My biggest problem with the house would be that it really has a bad urine smell, probably from the old and pet stain’s carpet. (Really needs replacing). But after airing out the house we never smelled it again. The house it self was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The outside deck is in desperate need of repair and cleaning. If a few updates and repairs were made, this really could be a 4.5 stars. But as it is now I would give it a 3.5 star.

Lake Hatcher

Stay was great, but they need to update their listing for towels. We were told to ask for more if needed. So I did and they got back with me and said they would bring some. They never brought more, and there is a sign that says enjoy our beach towels for the hot springs. But, there wasn’t any. I contacted them and they say that they don’t provide them anymore because the sulfur smell never comes out of them! Very minor things. The house was very clean and accommodating in every other way. Very comfortable.

Location is great

The view and location are great. The lake access is a plus. To use the lake there is a permit that cost $20 for the day. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. The dining room, living room and entertainment room allowed us to socialize or have our space. The exterior could use some weed whacking around the porch. There were a lot of thistles. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was great for my parents. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were great for the rest of us. We had our dogs with us. The pet fee and deposit are high in my opinion for this place. The dogs liked the neighborhood and the lake. My only complaint was we asked for a late check out 24 hours before our check out time and received notice we could check out late 2 hours before the 10 am check out time. We were already packed and heading out the door by that time.
