This mountain home sleeps up to 8 people and offers everything you need to enjoy your time in Pagosa Paradise. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am.

--------------- Home Layout: As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full size bath with tub/shower combination. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. LOUD ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND IS CAUSE FOR EVICTION WITH NO REFUND - Non-smoking residence - Must disclose pets for approval. $35/night per pet fee and sign the pet agreement. Failure to do so will result in a fine in addition to the fees in place. - Must be 21 years old to reserve home - No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age - City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees - Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home - Ask about extended stay rates
