Relaxing stay

This was a great location to stay with what we wanted to do. Downtown Pagosa was a short hop away. We drove to Durango and Silverton one day and Mesa Verde to see the cliff dwellings on another. Unfortunately we had rain most of one day and some of the next so the hiking we planned to do to the nearby falls didn’t happen but we still thoroughly enjoyed driving on the mountain roads.

Fun family home

The house was great and the bunk bed was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed exploring the lakes close by and that we were less than 10 minutes from downtown and the grocery store. The kitchen could use some restocking as lids and random other things were missing, and the washing machine was pretty old and loud, but overall it was great!

Cozy condo

House was clean and ready on time. Actually early, but because of previous experiences with VRBO we didn’t rush to get there until closer to dinner time. It’s run through a rental company, and they charge an extra deposit on top of the VRBO fees.

This home is a must stay if you are needing a comfy and quiet place to relax in Pagosa Springs! We loved the layout of the home and convenience of proximity to town and other amenities. I will definitely be staying here for my future visits!

Fine place to stay with a few shortcomings

Overall, nicely decorated and comfortable enough place to stay. I was disappointed with the communication with the property management. We weren't able to get to the house the first night because Wolf Creek pass was closed for multiple days. I reached out to let them know and find out if there was any way to change our reservation under the circumstances, but never heard anything back. The fireplace, one of the features that we were looking forward to using, did not work and communication about fixing it was very delayed. The information that was sent back was too confusing to follow. Kitchen could use some upgrades for the price.
