“Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully……

“Extremely dirty, the room is very mush with mushy smell, all beds, cabinets, furnitures having the same smell as well. Worst, the blanked and bed sheets full of dust, extremely dirty.”
