「The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. 「1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping.」
