「Staff sangat baik. Urusan check-in and check-out sangat mudah. Tempat cantik dan bersih.」

「It is closed to Conlay station. It takes 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. Many thanks for his help. We enjoy staying at Eaton Residences.」

「从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。」

「Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.」

「從入住的那一刻就很多困擾和問題屋主沒有提供入住資料以及我們在辦理的時候找不到窗口，後來經過守衛幫我們協助問屋主才得到入住的訊息入住之前的一個禮拜就一直寫信給屋主希望他提供資料寫了三四封信沒有回覆真的是個沒有負責任的屋主房間內的設施 Wi-Fi不能用水龍頭漏水沖洗設備也很糟糕，整體而言就是慘不忍睹」

「The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. 「We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...
