Loved our stay at the manor the staff and security are friendly the location is perfect literally 15mins walk from any where you would want to go in central KL the hotel itself is clean and the room was fantastic will definitely be back to stay at the Manor!

Nice place to stay because it's close to the city by walking not too far. Rooms are spacious with nice view at night of the twin towers. Amenities are also available for use like washing and dryer which are quite essential and gym is very good with a view on 46th floor. One negative issue is the cleaning staff who we found were not sufficient with proper cleaning the room and paying attention to little details like filling up shampoo, shower gel, coffee and replacing clean towels which we'd like to contribute our feedback for improvement in the future. All in all, we enjoyed staying at The Manor residences and will be happy to stay again next visit when we in Malaysia. Thank you for having us, Kind Regards Dinh

The accommodation is very spacious and comfy. As a family we felt really at home and relaxed here. The apartments were also close to some eateries nearby where we spent most days doing takeaway from (food was delicious and reasonably priced). It was also fairly easy to get public transport due to the central location. Overall, an outstanding stay!

The room was claustrophobic, the drain near toilet leaked throughout my stay. Iron board started to leak and was sort of dangerous. They provided replacement but didn’t remove the previous iron. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean throughout although there were children’s hand prints on the terrace doors. The swimming pool and gym are excellent and the view of the Petronas towers is incredible. The area around the property felt very safe and getting a Grab taxi was very easy. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main areas for food but that wasn’t an issue for us . I would definitely stay again. There was only one key which could create a problem if you are sharing accomodation but we didn’t ask if we could have a second key which may be available .

I loved the infinity pool on the top with an amazing view. Laundry facilities came handy as well. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and got everything I needed. Great location.
