"Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The blanket was yellowish and looked old and unclean. The bed was in poor condition, sinking badly in the center whenever someone lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.
